Phase I of One Liberty Center houses the Office of Naval Research’s new headquarters: the first phase of the 1.1 million-square-foot Liberty Center North mixed-use development. Project close out support was provided of a building designed to Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection and Interagency Security Committee Level III standards, making it one of the most secure urban office buildings in the county. The Energy Star–certified building also includes ground-floor retail anchored by Navy Federal Credit Union.
